Inclusion
Inclusion. It may seem as a simple word which means the act of including or the state of being included www.thefreedictionary.com). But this is one of the strongest words by its meaning as words like freedom, human rights and etc.
It may mean different things to different people. Working in this Youth in Action project we explored all kind of inclusion: when the group of Christians and Muslims are working as one, when people from different countries tries to learn each others language or greeting all nationalities, skin colour or religion without labels.
Inclusion is a result when respect, human rights and open mind meet each other. So, lets open our mind and see what will happen.

Day 3
Intercultural Learning
We have started our day with a nice dance energiser which we needed because we had a good sleep :)
We were seperated in a groups that each of them had a task to create a poster about European Citizenship, Inclusion, Human Rights and youth Participation. You can find all our posters below.
Later we started talking on what ICL is. All of us shared the ideas and than we came up with the result that the Intercultural Learning is a great platform to get to know other cultures and even to understand your own culture better.
Intercultural Learning
What is Intercultural Learning?
Intercultural learning is an area of research, study and application of knowledge about different cultures, their differences and similarities. On the one hand, it includes a theoretical and academic approach. On the other hand, it comprises practical applications such as learning to negotiate with people from different cultures, living with people from different cultures, living in a different culture and the prospect of peace between different cultures.
Currently, intercultural learning is a topic which receives much interest. This is mainly due to the rise of cultural studies and globalisation. Culture has become an instrument for social interpretation and communicative action.
Taking part in TC Limitless Freedom is great chance for all participants to get experience about intercultural learning.

There are some events for to develop intercultural learning. One of these is "Intercultural learning day" which you can find more information about in this link: http://www.efil.afs.org/
Day 2
Youth Participation in Creative Change Making
The second day of the training started with energisers which we needed after the intercultural night :)
After getting in the work deeply we got the theoretical knowledge about the main concepts and understanding of youth participation. Also we got a chance to understand main obstacles which are really important for youth today. After playing some simulation games that we created, we found thus for all groups youth seems just as a decoration.
For give names to our roles, we used the Roger Hart's ladder which shows young people's participation types.
Youth Participation
What is Youth Participation?
Youth participation is the active engagement of young people throughout their communities. It is often used interchangeably with the term 'active involvement'. This means more than simply taking part in an activity. It refers specifically to the involvement in the process of identifying needs, exploring solutions, making decisions and planning action within communities and organisations that seek to support civil society. Sports, schools and any activity where young people are not historically engaged are used as tools by youth participation.
In relation to young people, youth participation is often regarded as the involvement of young people in decisions that are made that affect them. However many people believe that young people should be treated as citizens now (as opposed to the citizens of the future) and should be involved in all decisions that are made about the community and society in which they live.
All actions involving youth can be divided in youth participation and non-participation:

Intercultural Night
Meeting different cultures
First night then we all meet was a night of discovers and fun. It was an amazing experıence to watch Turkish people drinking Georgian and Armenish wine or girls from Baltic countries trying to learn Georgian dances. All of the participants prepared presentation desks from their countries and it was a great opportunity to express different cultures, fınd simılarities and differencies at the same place.
Georgians said thus Turkish sweets were the top of the night. For Armenians the most impresive moment from the evening was traditional dances from Armenia and Georgia which they danced for all the other partıcipants. For Lithuanians Georgian wine opened the whole new bucket of tastes and smells. For Turkish people Moldovian home made wine was amazing and dancing with people from Baltic was enjoyable. Moldovian participants liked evil eye bead, Romanian people enjoyed Lithuanian bread and Bulgaria particıpants just loved Georgian cheese.
We all are glad to share this night together and meet another cultures.
